My personal opinion on this app is actually amazing like the prices the quality the options they are endless and if I went to a mall to buy the same thing I would have to pay 5 times more .The app makes it so easy to order and give u the option to continue adding to your cart if you forgot to add something I don’t think any other online shop does that it also arrives so fast and at a perfect timing all of the photos are identical to what you will receive I don’t normally buy cosmetic from online stores but here I will continue the quality is amaizing I really recommend getting this app it will be the best decision ever I hope you will love this app as much as I do

I ordered in this app for the 3rd time, but unfortunately my order didn’t come. Yes, they give 20aed credit balance for the inconvenience. Then I kept on asking about the update for my order I also called the courier hotline, but they said that the tracking number that I have was invalid. Then at the end they sent an email that my order maybe got lost. So I didn’t receive what I order. And the money I paid for my order was not refunded via my bank account instead they gave me again a credit balance. It’s just so unfair. Now I used again my credit balance to ordered from them because the amount I purchased was not small amount only. I hope that this time it will not be same as what happened to my last order. Because they didn’t give me an option instead they want me again to purchase to them. I am so scared to place an order again, but I need to get back the money I paid for my previous order. Because they haven't refunded it via bank account. As I used card payment for my previous order.
