The Coffee Club ME 4+

Far much better than what you see on their website, I mean it: from there service, staff, ambience and not to mention the quality and quantity of everything served 😋am all stuck and in love. Glad i walked through your door and i bet you me and going to do that more often.

Today we had a chance after a long time to dine in coffee club - Yas Mall. We ordered three orange juice one bottle of water one kids meal burger one club sandwich and one French toast. The orange juice came cloudy ( a sing of added water) the club sandwich items weren’t fresh as well as the bun in the kids meal burger. The French toast wasn’t hot enough and want prepped up to the standards. Although the meant in the burger was great and the French fried was excellent in both dishes. We had lots of good meals memories in this branch but it’s wan’t that please when the bill was given!! I hope you reconsider your prices again the food quality. 3/5

Terrible experience!

We’ve gone to have birthday breakfast with the family. It was also a treat to have a dessert gift from you. I’ve shown the gift voucher for the cake where it clearly said no purchase needed. I got the cake and it was nice.
10 min later when I asked the bill and shown the 20 aed off voucher I’ve been told I can’t use 2 vouchers. I totally agree with this rule but not in case of the birthday cake (which doesn’t require any purchase)

The waiter said I have to speak to a manager. He was so agitated and rude. He spoke so angrily as I was trying to point on their *no purchase needed. If no purchase needed for the birthday cake so definitely I can use my standard 20 aed off voucher?! It was eventually all sorted with the manager angrily sorting the bill out in full silence. No apology. No thank you or good bye. Awful birthday morning I had. To never come back there again
