Having read and listened to many Economist articles and reports, I have come to the conclusion that you are no different from other mainstream media with all their prejudices and biases. Yes, I will continue to read your articles but I will also continue to question your fairness in reporting till I’ve had enough.

Your content is amazing your customer service very slow to respond
Old app so much better
When you dropped the old style paragraph layout in favour of the new webpage style layout, you lost the status as the best magazine app out there (and lost me as a subscriber). I occasionally buy the print edition which still feels like a magazine, but have otherwise quit the Economist because of the poor app experience (which is a shame because content is good). Bring back the old style app. You had the best app in the world and decided to retire it…!!??
Please bring back the old style layout and you will win back a subscriber.
