Love this app!

Thank you! Ever since you guys introduced this app, stocking up on pet supplies for my cat and dog has been so convenient!

Delivery issues

You should change the the information which says delivery within 24hrs i have placed an order 7:50 am yesterday and after calling twice i was informed it will be delivered anytime before 9pm there is a delay. So what about the 24hrs? And its not the first time. Will recommend everyone to go and get the supplies personally also there are other places to order from.

So, I ordered using their app, I chose click and collect. It says 90min approx Ill rcv a mssge. But hey almost 3 hrs I did not rcv anything. When I personally went to the shop they told my order is not rcvd. Then, item is out of stock! Ok given it is out of stock, but why they did not mention it in the app?? I dont have food left for my dog, and thats the only pet shop near me!

So I cancelled it and they said refund is 5-7 days. It has already been 13 days and nothing came to my account! I called the customer care, she said finance did not process my refund yet!

NO MESSAGE, Or MSSGE IN THE APP FOR ANY UPDATE! NOTHING!

Im sorry to say but you guys are not helpful at all! Big company with untrained people, YUCK!
