wrong information
I had 22aed in club apparel wallet for tim horton's brand. Unfortunately, the cashier told me that I cannot use club apparel and I should download the Tim Horton's app to use my 22aed. When I downloaded the app, the money didn't reflect at all. With that, the cashier was very sure that I can still use the 22aed using club apparel app in any other store associated with the app. Since it's nearly expiring, I went to other store (not tim horton's) and they said, I can only use it in Tim Horton's. The information was misleading. So the money just expired. I know it's not too much, but you better update all the applications so we can utilize our earnings.
Great app
Beautiful simple app been using it a for a while now, but actually multiple times I redeem my points in the branch and they do the discount but I still keep the points so idk if thats a bug or you guys are too generous haha😅 just wanted to note it down for you guys because ive mentioned it in the branch and they didnt know what to do about it so only double checking so i dont be taking these points the haram way.
