Toca Boca World 4+

I really love toca boca, but today I was just playing the game I got kicked out i loaded back in and everything looked normal I went to my house to continue roleplaying and it was enmity as if I never put anything in it or decorated it I went to the apartment and everything was gone, all my items clothing and builds I went to the gift area all of the shelves were empty I thought I would find something but no it’s as if I re-started them whole game without saving my data. I’m very mad at this since I lost everything I worked so hard for, most people can rebuild everything they’ve done, but there some people out there that have a time limit like me and can’t spend there time playing toca boca and rebuilding everything instead of having fun. I wish that you fix this bug and if there is any possible way I can get my data back, please inform me, thank you for reading.

Edit: okay so sorry it took so much time to report this but the gifts aren’t working at all I can’t get my gifts for some reason like the gifts aren’t coming daily I tried waiting for a long time, no use. I’m going to be deleting and restarting my gameplay although I restarted it when I lost everything, I’ll be playing with the new update and hopefully this time it won’t happen again

i really like the overall theme of the game i think its really cute but the thing it gets really boring and you have to pay just to actually get more maps and characters. It makes the game like so boring and i cant customize my house properly if your gonna make literally everything cost money. plus it takes a lot of storage. Also the most annoying thing happened. i took so long to customize a house and it took even longer to actually make it look good without paying money but then after opening the app again all of the items and decorations i put in the house disappeared which i found SOO ANOOOOYINGGGG 🌸Another small bug🌸 another issue with the game is that the screen keeps freezing. So when ever im swiping the screen from left to right the screen always freezes and this happens to me everytime i use this game and i have to refresh. also sometimes the game crashes and i think thats the reason why all the furniture and decorations i put in the house i made disappeared. Overall i found this game really cute and kinda fun to play but it would be way better if we had more free options for furniture packs and places. cuz the reason i downloaded this game was to decorate a house and i can't really have fun with it when theres not really any options. so Thats all i have to say about the game Peace✌️✨
