This app keeps lagging and not let me access my projects I have to restart the app to access it .. fix it

I haven’t tried this app but I heard people are saying horrible and disgusting things about this app, I don’t believe the are true and I believe they just want this app taken down. But if it is true I would rather u ignore them and fix it instead of take it down bc this seems like a amazing app,I hope I don’t get any hate have an amazing day. Can you add the ability to access service and action
Can you please make sure we can access projects on the app, I have to access the website everytime it’s very annoying and it would help my toddle experience by a lot
