Amazing delivery app

I can’t begin to express how much I love ordering from toters, I notice the app striving to be better everyday. I’ve used Talabat, deliveroo, Noon and other apps in different countries but nothing satisfies me the way that toters does. Toters became an icon in Lebanon and I’m so proud of that! Keep up the good work

Horrible and Unprofessional

We are sharing this review with you so you know what to expect from them. We recommend you look for any other service provider that can actually provide the service they promise. Today we ordered food on “toters” with Joseph El Rayess, hoping to eat and enjoy a good time with our friends. Our order got delayed so we contacted support to explain what we accept that there is a fuel crisis, so if they can't assign our order to a shopper, we don't mind getting it ourselves if it is prepared. They said they will assign our order right away. So we waited and our order got delayed twice. We recontacted support and they assured us that they will deliver. We ended up getting the order ourselves. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable from a “services” app, especially that their unique service is delivery. Attitude towards clients should be their utmost priority and transparency in client services is a basic requirement. We are not asking much of them, using their service to help organizing our time and plans was the biggest mistake we have done and we blame ourselves for trusting them.

Horrible - RUN

Absolutely horrible and borderline fraudulent behavior.
Ordered a few groceries from Toters Fresh, the shopper arrives and only has 2 out of the 5 items ordered. After discussing with the support team (both from my side and the shopper’s), we are told that the rest of the order will be delivered shortly (noting that I paid the full amount of the order in cash to the shopper). Almost an hour later, a shopper arrives with an incomplete order, still missing a bottle of Prosecco (pretty embarrassing when you have people over).
It took me 5 conversations with different support teams and over 4 hours to finally be told that the item is unavailable.
Pretty nice business model - sell items you don’t have, cash the price for such items and count on customers oversight to keep the amount.
After a few more conversations with support, I was told that I would be refunded by way of credits (which was obviously out of the question as I never want to deal with Toters again) and following more resistance from my side, I am told that the amount will be delivered in cash - it took Toters a further 3 hours to make such delivery.
In short, it will be much easier for you to go get your items yourself and avoid this massive waste of time.
