Very unpleasant experience and a useless application
I was staying in Crowne plaza in Madinah and I ordered food from Al Tazaj through this application. When tracking my order it shows order completed although I received nothing. Tried to call the driver, his name is Mabin Skder but he hung up the phone as soon as he knew it’s me. It seems he took the food for himself. The ridiculous thing is that there is no proper customer support that you can talk to.

Horrible.
Doesn’t accept new orders. Then tells you “we’re back! We can accept orders now!” Then when you order it still won’t accept. Then after you order and sit and wait your order gets randomly cancelled. And their refund is in useless app credit.
