Few adjustments

Hello, I downloaded the game 2 days ago and got into it immediately. I started off with the US then Mexico and Canada. I finished North America and was very surprised that when I was asked to continue it removed all my progress and was suppose to start everything again. I was expecting to start south America or Europe. I was a bit disappointed about that. I think you should add roads to connect cities by sea as well.
