This app is extremely useful when lazy to make something at home. It’s easy to use with one touch of a button away from your order and comes in an understandable time ranging from 20min-40min this may Change based on where you live but the problem is I have had recent wrong order delivered as if the note for the kitchen button was useless countless times this has happened and is kind of annoying. I think they should pay more attention to the note for the kitchen feature and to pinpoint exactly the customers expectations.
Extremely rude and inefficient customer service
This is the first time I have encountered such a rude and inefficient customer service. I had ordered from the app to deliver to my home address and since I got late in getting home I had left a message to the delivery boy to leave it at our door. The order was not delivered at the correct address and I couldn’t view the delivery boy’s contact number too as the order appeared delivered.
The customer service rather than contacting the delivery boy to drop it at the correct address started throwing accusations at me and suggested that I have a tendency to request for refunds which I never asked for in the first place! It’s great they are collecting data but how they have the audacity to assume and decide that all blame lies at my end for the refunds they have made in the past for orders they’ve delivered incorrectly is beyond me. There are way better services available in the market so I would not suggest wasting your time ordering your food through them as they have a tendency of delivering incorrect orders and have the most pathetic customer service that resolves the issue (if they ever do so!) three hours later when you are no longer hungry!

I ordered form the app and they said it will be delivered after 1 hour (maximum). After 1 hour driver send me message that he is lost and to send him my location through whatsapp and I send him immediately. Then after long wait again, I received a call from the driver that he is in a wrong place. Instead of getting mad I still waited and after exactly 2 hours of waiting someone called me from the office that the driver cancelled the order because he couldnt find my place. This is totally unprofessional they are hiring incompetent drivers and customer service is the worst. They dont even sound that they are sorry for what happened, No other option but to cancelled our order, what kind of customer service. If you are really hungry never ever order from here! They will just make your day worst! Not reliable application and service!! Not recommendable!
