Worst customer service in Egypt

Do they even have a customer service? I tried help on the app which got me nowhere, I found a support email which I did email them with no reply or even an automatic email says they received it.
It became a habit for Uber drivers here in Egypt to accept the trip then contacting you straight away asking where exactly then canceling the trip when they don’t like it.
My last straw was a driver calling me asking if I was paying cash or card & when I said card he said okay. He was 3min away then I saw on the map he did a U turn & then 8min away then stopped. I called him to find he turned off his phone & he was obviously waiting for me to cancel the trip so he won’t be charged. I sent him several texts which he saw but didn’t reply so I texted him I’m gonna be waiting & won’t cancel the trip so he can wait as long as he wants only then he canceled the trip.
Emailed Uber with no reply even though I have a screenshot from the driver who has 4.8 reviews which is obviously cause u can rate driver who pull these kind of stunts & the drivers choose the trips

Not professional drivers and no response from customer service

I has trip yesterday which usually take AED 80 but because there was hight demand the rate increased x2.2 and i accepted that rate.
During the trip the driver was driving like beginners and staying in 1 like even that the other line is moving.. there was still 12k before Hessa road in Dubai and i asked him to drive in the left side instead of just waiting behind bus in right side and when he did he kept driving slowly until the cars behind us start flashing light to let him move from and so he did.
Then before Hessa road he was staying i. The begging of the street and letting many cars to pass us and came in front of him until we reached home the fees was 195 i told him I will pay the estimated only which is 160 and will submit a complaint and i left him
I went to my apartment and still he didn’t close the trip until it reach 202 and i submit the complaint and feedback to uber but no response they only asked for the difference of 52 which is even more than the 202!!
Will never use this app again as there is no support
In Egypt also i lost my phone in one car and submitted complaint about the driver.. the car number was like the app but the driver looks different than the photo
Had to call police and get my phone back but uber didn’t help at all.
And also some will say they will put the remaining balance to account because they don’t have change and they never add it!

Charging me for UberOne without consent

2 days ago I have received a notification from my bank that Uber tried to take £5.99 at 23:29 and another attempt at 23:30 which declined (lol thank god I put it in another account) so I contacted the support team and they informed me that the charge was for UberOne, on a different account under my name “sharing payment method” and advised me to log into any account I had made in the past to cancel the membership. But get this, I only have ONE account on Uber/UberEats so who has an account under my name with the same payment method?? If this is not a violation of privacy, I don’t know what is. I have checked ALL 3 my emails and only my current account has past transactions, none of the rest do. I also do not have a single confirmation email about my UberOne membership since apparently I do have one. This is full on theft and deceit from Uber. I will delete Uber once I get a reply from Uber Support.
