Satisfied with the App
I’ve been using this app from past one and half years and I am very satisfied with it. It made my life easy. But from past some days the app is not functioning as it should be. It takes a lot of time for each function to perform. Even to start the app, it takes more than a minute. I will first receive an email a minute earlier that successfully Logged-in but than I have to wait for more than a minute. To show your balance or payee, or to add a new payee, it takes even more time. It don’t let me add new payee or transfer money to existing payee. It just give a message: “Failed, Account title could not be Fetched”.
Please take the necessary steps to bring it to normal functioning.
P.S : My app is updated and I am using high speed internet.

Dear Ishtiaq, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Well noted, please uninstall the app and restart your device before downloading, so if there are any corrupted files are attached, it will be deleted and reinstall the App again.
Slow service
App: some of the pages are not linked properly, one page is showing different balance and other page is showing different balance.
Bank: very slow bank fund transfer process, taking at least 10 to 16 days to transfer funds from UAE. Almost 3 months now, still not received cheque book and bank card. Difficult to connect with the call center team and most of them are not aware of the roshan account.
Losing interest and going back with old way of banking.

New update is not working properly
Last update is not working properly on IOS 14
The application used to work in an excellent way, but after the last update of the application, it did not see the icons as a good image, when I want to transfer the amount to another party and reach the final stage of transmission, then the application closes by itself.
