Overall the app is good, there are some issues while logging in and creating account using google accounts. Also, I couldn’t track the order/return for the order which was placed as a guest.

---Beware of Fraudulent Practices by Under Armour UAE.I am writing to share my deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with Under Armour UAE, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. My ordeal began when I ordered several pairs of shoes, out of which three pairs had to be returned. Under Armour promised to refund my money but instead credited it to my e-wallet, stating that the refund would be processed within two weeks. I reluctantly accepted this, and after receiving the e-wallet credit, I decided to order two more pairs of shoes using the e-wallet balance. To my utter dismay, Under Armour deducted the money from my e-wallet but never delivered the shoes. For the past two weeks, I have been relentlessly following up with their customer service, only to receive empty promises and blatant lies. Each time, I am told that the finance team is working on it, but it is clear that this is nothing more than a delay tactic. They are holding onto my money and providing no resolution or timeline for returning it.This experience has been extremely disheartening and has completely shattered my trust in Under Armour as an international brand. Their fraudulent practices and deceitful behavior are unacceptable and shameful. I urge everyone to be cautious and think twice before making any purchases from Under Armour UAE. Protect yourself from falling victim to their unethical practices.

I’m order from the application “Under Armour” over 600+ AED already payed for my order , After 2 days I receive email telling me some items in your order is out of stock and you need waiting 7 days to refund your money and i’m contact the support call center , for just change the color for the sold out item & telling me you need to make new order and pay for shipping again without and discount and lose the offers because the new order is less than 500 AED , i don’t understand why if i change the colors need to make new order & paying again for shipping the item with high price ! , i talk with Areen A and she till me i can’t help you for this issue! really bad support and the application is lagging cannot see recently if the item really in stock or out of stock.

I ordered online 4 sports pants and now can’t return them because the items got delivered sealed. The promote return & refund policy on their website, but actually scam you as a customer. Those sports pants have no indication that they will be shipped sealed. Now I can’t get a refund for my order - I bought 2 different colors in two different sizes to find my best fit. This is definitely a scam. No indication that the item would not be returnable at all. You have just lost a customer for the future & someone that will definitely not be your brand ambassador, rather encourage my friends and contacts to buy from another brand.
