I have been getting root touch up with the same color since 2 years. I have got it done in Istanbul, Mumbai, Bangalore, Portugal, Germany and no one, I mean no one has messed it up like these people. All technician has to do was use the color number I gave and apply it on my hair. Pretty basic right? Not for urban clap. First they sent an untrained professional who convinced me to go with another shade number but she promised same results. Which was obviously a disaster! I complained and that sent the same professional back when I expressively asked them to send a different, more experienced professional. She again used a different color and now I’m left with two different colors on my head. The customer service won’t even help me fix the issue. Absolutely terrible service! It’s disgraceful. Now I have to spend so much money on getting a global color to fix this mess. They offer no compensation

It was my first time using their app booked a day ahead and communicated all my needs and details a day before I was adviced that since I have not been assigned a professional yet I need to communicate them on the day I got an assigned professional. A professional named Marissa was assigned to me at 10am on the day of my booking my schedule was at 2pm so I messaged her in the app that I have a dog and if she is ok with it we can go ahead with the booking. No response, I message her 3 times and called the number 6 time no response at 1:30pm the app shows she was on the way yet no response was made on the app so I waited till it was 2:10pm and she has not show up. I message the help center and they themselves cant get in touch with her. So the agent suggested to rebook the schedule, I took the same day booking at 3:30pm as the agent suggested. only to be assigned with the same girl, then the agent suggested to book for tomorrow which I found unacceptable since I needed it for today. I told the agent I'll just cancel my booking and after doing so I got charged on my credit card with 25dhs cancellation fee I told the agent about it and said they arrange a refund to my credit account that will reflect only after 7 to 10 days. What a frustrating experience as a first time user of this service I think I wont even consider using them again with all these hassles.

We’ve requested many times their services. They were rarely on time. Either late or early. It caused us many inconveniences. The cleaning was generally ok but some of the staff was reluctant to do proper cleaning (Rowena). The last cleaning (because we’re not going to use their services again) was below everything. The cleaner’s (Ritchel) manner was just terrible, lacking any politeness. As she arrived didn’t say a single word (I mean the common good morning), she didn’t follow any of my instructions. I’ve asked her several times to vacuum first because I had to put my babies to sleep and it would disturb them. She didn’t care and was just doing the cleaning in her way. When I asked her repeatedly because the kids were tired she didn’t give any reaction that she listened to me. When she finished the cleaning (she said like that) I was feeding my baby inside and couldn’t go out to check properly. So she left. After I went out I found on the kitchen counter my dirty laundry. She put it on my baby’s sterilized bottles and next to the baby cutlery. The oven top was full of remaining dishes from the last cooking. She left all over the flat the cleaning clothes she used for cleaning, on the chairs, kitchen counter etc. she didn’t wash the dishes. The kitchen counter was dirty and stained from drinks and food. One bathroom was uncleaned.
And she left one hour earlier.
We paid to get our flat more dirty than it was before.
