You can turn on اردو keyboard by following these steps
1- Press Home Button
2- Tap on Settings
3- Tap on General
4- Tap on Keyboard
5- Tap on Keyboards
6- Tap on Add New Keyboard
7- Select “Urdu” from the list of Keyboards
Once above steps followed, you can toggle languages using the "world" icon on keyboard.

Though I rate it 5 stars but still need a bit more improvement.
Dificult to use and too many Ads
Take too long to search a word due to too many Ads. Before showing meaning an annoying pop up window is appear and there is no option to remove the Ads
