Slow

It took 3 days from when I ordered this iPad version through the app store to when I got authorization to download the issue. It also took 3 days to clear the back issues i purchased. Support was very slow in arriving. Now it is July 7 th, but the July edition of the magazine has yet to appear. Very slow service. Also, the app support is non-existent. Tough if you have any problems. However, once the magazine arrives, it is well worth the wait. Gorgeous.

New format

Much easier to read when an entire article was on consecutive pages. Now following the magazine format which doesn’t work as well on a tablet.
