Not worth the money at all
I switched from Quintessentially and immediately went from personalised to factory, easy to use WhatsApp with one person to heavy app with many, on my side to on restaurants side (if you ever need to cancel at short notice for any reason), humble to not humble. In my honest experience, which many Reddit reviews seem to reflect, they can’t get you reservations if you can’t get them yourself. Very often you’ll find a better deal on Booking.com compared to what they find you direct with the hotel too. Almost a year in, I certainly won’t be wasting more money on their advertising.
