I purchased VIP membership for a year. I was not able to use the app it kept kicking me out all the time. App just simply closing all the time. Waste of money. I wasted my time prepared video for my mother’s birthday and at the end could not export it as the app kept closing. Then I reinstalled the app however draft video was not restored. So waste of money, time. Very disappointed. And plus there is no support. My phone has 350GB available memory, so nothing to do with insufficient memory and I have the updated version.

Would have LOVED but REALLY TICKED OFF @ the moment.
So, the whole problem is that the app crashes every time I try to do ANYTHING and I've literally been trying to make this work for the WHOLE entire day. And I downloaded this at 4:00 to 4:15 and now in my area it is 9:04 which is ridiculous.... Everyone else seems to have something good to say about this app and since there was good reviews I thought this would be fun. Since I can't really get a lot of those apps I'd really like to get so this app was my only option. And I was fine with that but if you could can you pleeeaaaasssseeee fix the crashing. If you can I would give a really good review for this since, I've already said before " Only option" so yeah... If so thanks so much.

Hi when I made a video I wanted to make cuts so my dad downloaded this app but that time I did not know how to use this app Dothan I started making edits and I learned how to use this app but then I realized that there were not many effects so I was bored then my aunt suggested that I should download CapCut so I did then I saw how many effects there were in CapCut so please can you make more effects I mean I get it this app is not made for edits but please make a section that you tap and all the effects for edits are there then this app would be perfect so please can you continue making effects and make more sections that would be great!
