Honestly a brilliant and very easy to use app. My only issue is that there is no longer support to add the ticket purchased from the app to Apple Wallet app. I don’t know why such an amazing feature would be removed but if this is a glitch. Please do fix it. Also is it a glitch or am I just missing something?
Rude staff named ALYSSA
Poor customer services maybe the reason is because I’m a Filipino also,
I ordered a popcorn and ask Alyssa to put on a bag we’re you can close my popcorn instead she gave me a paper bag and told me that next time I need to include it to my order, while I’m talking, you turn back and get my popcorn without even asking me, it’s kind a rude even your not a customer service when someone is talking to you politely you will not turn back and leave the man talking alone, you are very rude what a shame you are a Filipina and get your attitude is like that!
I’m so upset because when you hand me the popcorn and tell you put in the bag you remember what you told me?
“Next time include the bag in your order”with an attitude yes with an attitude, I won’t need a bag if you listen to me in the first place Alyssa you are very rude this was happen in Mall of emirates VOX i hope this small issue raise to management,

Terrible experience!!! Never going to VOX again.
6 months ago we went to see Avatar and we were particular to watch it in imax laser 3d. Instead of laser 3d they booked us for 2D. We canceled the tickets and asked to be reimbursed. As we bought 2 popcorn tickets they told us they cannot reimburse us but give us a voucher covering any 2d 3d or imax experience valid for 6 months. We agreed
Just today we went to watch guardians of the galaxy. Unfortunately it was just standard cinema as the imax now only played little mermaid and our vouchers were about to run out. So we were ok give us standard tickets. We picked a seat and the employee behind the ticket counter asked us to pay an addition of 52 dirhams, because the voucher covers only one ticket. I showed him the purchase which was 190 for a laser imax 3d. He called the manager who also said he covered one ticket.
So vox cinema charged us 190 AED six months ago for 2 tickets and in return gave us one standard ticket in worth of 52 AED and we should pay an additional 52AED for the second ticket.
This is terrible customer experience! And we will never go watch a movie through imax again. Great job VOX and MAF! You made 138 AED and lost 2 customers who will also share this experience with friends and other people.
