Amazing I MEAN AMAZING VPN!

I am one of the victims / people in uae that got their Roblox banned, I was searching for a vpn that was working at least for roblox, I tried NordVPN but it was just making my character clear and nothing in the game was working. I tried so many and then I found you, I fell in love with it and I even bought the Premium on the app! Thank you so much for making this VPN amazing 10 out of ten would of course recommend :D 😻

Major design flaw has rendered the app useless

The app allows you to change the VPN server location, but only AFTER you’ve already connected. The problem here, which is currently the situation I’m stuck in, is that I mistakenly tapped some other country when I was looking through the list of country servers. The accidental tap prompts the app to immediately try connecting to that country’s server, which for some reason, always fails to connect.

So the problem here is, I can’t even change the country to one that will work, because it NEEDS TO CONNECT FIRST TO ALLOW ME TO CHANGE IT, and if I can’t connect the vpn in the first place, then I’m permanently stuck with the app trying to connect to the server of the country I mistakenly selected (that doesn’t work) and there is NOWHERE else in the app that will allow me to change the location back to a country that works. I’m stuck between wanting to cancel my membership and deleting the app (this is not the first problem I encounter) and just wanting it to work so I can use it and get on with my life.

This is a major design flaw and I can’t understand why the option to choose a location exists only after connecting. Please fix this and make the option to select a country available at all times. This has made the app useless.

DON’T FALL FOR THE TRIAL VERSION!

This app doesn’t work and fulfill its purpose. I can’t connect to any site when this trash is on, everything is slow, wifi gets disconnected and even a simple video call isn’t possible. In short, this is USELESS! This is a CRAP! I tried the 7-day trial version and i was happy with the performance so I got convinced to subscribe for the year long subscription but unfortunately, I have never experienced the satisfaction i had with the elite subscription as compared to their trial version so, don’t be fooled guys. I’ve just wasted my money for a one year subscription. I’ve been reporting my concerns to them yet nothing improved up until now, i still have 11 more months to go before my subscription ends. I’m hoping that they’ll be able to fix the issues i am encountering at the moment very soon because I'm running out of patience already.

1. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
2. Sign in using your Apple ID which should be the one you used to purchase the Premium subscription
3. Search for "Hotspot Shield" and tap **Report** next to your subscription
4. Select the appropriate option in the “Choose Problem” drop-down menu
5. In the text box, enter your request for a refund and your reason for it
6. Then tap **Submit**.
