Subcription

Hey i pay for 1 year subcription for this apps i started on april 2020 and yet after 3 month they didn't recognize my subcription what happen pls help i already paid for this i already chat the complain in contact center in the apps but i didn't recieveany answere or feedback in regards of my complain!!!!!

Customer service stopped responding

this app just worked during the trial period, once mu subscription has been activated and already collected my payment, it is no longer working, i reported the issue to the customer support in the app, then they were not able to sort out the issue and stopped replying to my complaint which is the app just keep on reconnecting and i can not browse. Poor customer service and and Rip-off service i must say.

Not working properly

Most of the time it is not possible to use it, it will take too much time to connect and make iPad very slow
