Pleasantly surprised!
Local laundry ruined my dress so decided to go online and found Washplus. Pickup time on the app worked around me and the driver had a smile on his face which was nice to see :-). Simple app for a simple task. Love it.
Worst Service!!!!
I would advice everyone not to avail their service as this is the most unreliable n irresponsible company I have seen in my life.
I had given clothes n one quilt to these guys on 14th May n was suppose to receive by 16th before 10p.m. But after so many follow-ups everyday these guys returned my clothes on 22nd n you would be surprise to know that they did not bring my quilt n when I asked these guys they said it was missed in some other delivery van n would return me next days. But they never came back or called me. N it was me who had to chase these people morning n evening for my stuff they started making excuses n when I finally told them I m going to lodge a formal complaint again these guys they agreed on giving me a new quilt n asked me to share the one which I bought on what's app. N I shared the same.
Then everyday they again started making new execuses n when I msgsd them that on 25th I'm going to police the next day they delivered AED 70dhms quilt against my AED 320 dhms quilt.
I have made my mind to lodge a cheating n fraudulent complaint against Washplus so that they do not dare to cheat and harness any other customers like this.
Request you all to kindly do not avail any services from such unprofessional n unethical companies. Be careful from their services!!!!!
Nice idea but not what you'd expect
After going to the trouble of making an app, you would expect certain thing are available eg online payment, map for location, type of service... None of this is available.
All this app does is call someone which you then have to direct anyway.
