Very poor.
Technically the application have problems during subscription not easy to deal with it and only subscription for one device.....compareing prices very expensive.
For content, it's very poor...its market for one or two production company in Egyptian media only.....not reflect all Egyptian production.....no life digital channels....even for marketing using Etisalat company.......👎
Useless
I have just subscribed to their service for the 3 device plan and paid through Apple Pay.
Every time I try to login it takes me back to the page where I have to choose a plan again.
I wrote to them 5 times and all I get is an automated reply with a ticket number asking for screen shot of the error message and the payment confirmation, I replied with all the information they requested but they didn’t come back to me.
If they can’t be bothered to answer any emails then it’s better to cancel the subscription which I will do soon and I will write to Apple to make sure other people don’t fall for the same trap
Expensive and always lagging
I was very excited to have another source of arabic shows..
It was cheap at first so i didn’t mind it when the app lagged and lacks many features.
Now it is expensive, still lags, they have very little shows, and the ads are way too many for the amount paid and the app keeps on lagging and plays 10 ads instead of 5 most of the time, and if you just wanna rewind or forward for any second, they immediately play ads again!! Will unsubscribe!
