Cheaters very bad app for Apple Watch

The app is ugly not useful at all for Apple Watch , if you want to creat your own face you can’t add many things such as date and other important things should be in any watch. I have asked for refund but the owner is cheater doesn’t want to refund without any reason they just say we have many faces which are normal you can find for free nothing is especial. I am really upset with it.
