Wego is very good but needs more supervision

I like wego I always used it, but lately I have encountered a problem were i have booked a ticket through wego into travelstart online yravel agency, but unfortunately due to technical issues with the app My money was deducted from my card but I have not received no tickets or any reference connected to it. When I yried to seek help it turned out that wego doesn’t have a straight connection line with their third party. Now am stuck in a zone where I have paid 3k without no one providing me any customer support or an information with this regrds. Funny thing is when I called the third party mo phones are ringing (travelstart) and they are super slow in response for a booking agency. Luckily the problem was solved in the matter of 5 working days but lines of communications and coordination need to improve.

Honestly, the credibility is zero. I booked through Wego and the airline cancelled the flight and they refunded my money, but since I booked through Wego , I have to complete the refund through them and until now they have not refunded my money. When I contacted wego employees, each one said the same thing: The money has been refunded and will reach you within two weeks. One says we did not receive the money, and one says it was transferred to credit, knowing that the airline emails I have told me that the money is actually with wego and I have to get it from Wego But there is no credibility. If I had booked directly without a broker, the amount would now be in my wallet. Thank you, Wego, for your lack of credibility. A poor company.

Hotel booking

I booked a hotel by wego application and everything was shown that the booking was planned and booked as my dates and which dates i wanted to and what kind of room i booked. But when I arrived at the hotel I was surprised that the type of room and booking was not as what i have planned and instead of one booking from the 23rd till the 29th was actually booked into three different bookings and three different types of rooms two were pool view room which i didn't book and the third booking was the garden view which i was confused but then i found out that the rooms were booked in different dates instead of one room for the dates from 23rd till the 29th. Absolutely won't book and use this application ever.
