Wio Personal 4+

I already used WIO for Business. Really good Bank. And now personal with 6% interest not blocked amazing. Is even better than Neo Bank I used in Europe like Revolut or N26 because this one is easy well made with interest and possibilities to invest in IPO.

The only things who can be even better is getting Card who have different cash back depending on the spend for exemple 3% for DEWA etc… And why not special offer when we are costumer of Etisalat.

I applied for Wio Personal over a month ago and since then, my application has been stuck in a sort of limbo, listed as "Under Review" with no further updates or feedback from the team. This has been particularly frustrating for me, as I have been a loyal user of Wio Business for my company for over six months.

I had higher expectations for Wio, given my previous experience with their business service. However, the lack of communication and the seemingly endless wait for application approval have made this an incredibly disappointing experience. It's disheartening to see that Wio Personal doesn't seem to maintain the same standard of customer service and efficiency that I have come to expect from their business offering.

Would I recommend Wio Personal based on this experience? Unfortunately, no. I hope the team takes note and works on improving their application and review process for future customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with WIO Bank. I tried multiple times over several months to open an account through their app, but my application was repeatedly rejected without any clear explanation—just a vague reference to “internal policy.” Each time, I was simply told to try again after 3 months.

This happened three times, and when I reached out for help, I received no meaningful support or clarification. It’s frustrating to go through this process repeatedly without transparency or accountability.

I expected better customer service and clearer communication from a digital bank. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend using this app or relying on WIO Bank for your banking needs.
