Absolutely love it.
I tried so many times to read a book I’m really get into it. It starts off very well but after around 10 pages and days have not consistently reading you end up, not reading the book at all and it just looks nice on the shelf. However, with Wiser, it’s incredible, easy to digest very well, put together, great voice and you just absorbed information.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a series of issues I’ve experienced with your mobile application.
Firstly, after downloading the Wiser app, I have been unable to log in despite multiple attempts. I have followed all prompts and verified my details, but the app continues to prevent access without offering any helpful resolution.
Secondly, I was charged for an additional subscription without my consent. At no point was it made clear that selecting certain options would result in a payment. The interface suggested I was simply browsing or exploring potential book options, especially given I had already paid the 3-month subscription fee. There was no visible indication that I was authorizing a separate charge.
I have thoroughly reviewed your terms and conditions and understand that cancellation is only possible once logged in. However, I have no way of accessing the app at all, making it impossible for me to cancel or manage these charges. This puts me in an unfair position and reflects poorly on your user experience and billing practices.
This experience is misleading and unacceptable. I request a full investigation into this matter, a refund of the unauthorized charges, and confirmation that my account access issues are being resolved.
Please treat thiss matter with urgency and respond promptly.
Re your facebook AD
I came across their ad on Facebook and decided to try the app through Apple Pay. However, after completing the payment process, I wasn’t able to find any active subscription under my Apple account. Even worse, when I tried opening the app, it still prompted me to subscribe again—as if the original payment didn’t go through.
This was very frustrating and disappointing, especially after trusting the ad and making a payment. I hope they can address these technical issues soon and make the subscription process clearer and more reliable.
