Worst customer service unable to help at all
I wouldn’t advice to deal with WizzAir. If you will have a problem or want to make any modifications good luck dealing with customer service! they are simply not helpful at all. They never processed our refund, made so many mistakes, cut calls and simply didn’t want to help. We are waiting for the refund for a month now and every time they change the refund fee, speaking in a very rude manner, never email you any confirmation logging your complaint. Complaint form on the website simply doesn’t work and there’s no an email where you can write to! When phone representative doesn’t know something they will not even connect you to a person who knows how to check your enquiry status…
You have to improve this service and treat customers in more respecting way.
I’m definitely choosing a different airline next time.
