Good
Easy to use. A little slow when loading stock info or charts specially on mobile data and the chart is a little difficult to use. It doesn’t show all my history as well. Customer service is responsive. I use iVestor card so no commission there when depositing or withdrawing. Don’t use credit card as they stated there’s a deposit fee using credit card. Overall good experience but these were things that can be improved.
Good app but!!!
The app is very good to give you overall information about shares. Customer service responses quickly. However, after one week of using it, I couldn’t login.. I’m facing issues for 10 days now and customer service asked me to wait!!! I’m using I phone 15 pro and it seems the app doesn’t work properly on some versions of I phone because I can open it on different I phone!!!
Avoid
I deposited into my account through credit card and immediately a significant cut was taken by the app (close to 2.5-3%) of the amount I deposited without even buying anything. It took ages for them to approve a document with my address on it. Eventually when all was ready, I was unable to buy any stock as the buy button is still grey which does not allow me to buy and only the deposit more money is blue and working. I sent a feedback to them, no response. Will withdraw my money and I’m sure they will take another cut. I use IBKR frequently for US and international shares. This app is just trash.

A few things might help clarify: credit card deposits come with third-party processing fees that are clearly mentioned prior to completing the transaction, which can reflect as a deduction on the deposited amount. As for document verification delays, we’re continuously working to speed up compliance checks while meeting regulatory requirements.
Regarding the greyed-out buy button—this could be linked to account setup status, trading eligibility, or other checks. We’d love to look into this and assist directly.
