Easy to use. A little slow when loading stock info or charts specially on mobile data and the chart is a little difficult to use. It doesn’t show all my history as well. Customer service is responsive. I use iVestor card so no commission there when depositing or withdrawing. Don’t use credit card as they stated there’s a deposit fee using credit card. Overall good experience but these were things that can be improved.

From past 1week i was trying to open just open and see but it’s not opening the app and i called to customer care they are saying we informed to technical team but wat is the reason they are not saying still waiting i think weekend will come

I deposited into my account through credit card and immediately a significant cut was taken by the app (close to 2.5-3%) of the amount I deposited without even buying anything. It took ages for them to approve a document with my address on it. Eventually when all was ready, I was unable to buy any stock as the buy button is still grey which does not allow me to buy and only the deposit more money is blue and working. I sent a feedback to them, no response. Will withdraw my money and I’m sure they will take another cut. I use IBKR frequently for US and international shares. This app is just trash.

A few things might help clarify: credit card deposits come with third-party processing fees that are clearly mentioned prior to completing the transaction, which can reflect as a deduction on the deposited amount. Great App, user friendly. very responsive customer care team. May be a small tweak on the latest update though, it tells me I need to update but keeps taking me back to App store yet I cannot get in my account since there is a mandatory software update. Otherwise 5 star rating all through.
