New feature enhancements: Understanding profit and loss is one of the top business questions our small businesses want answered. Which is why we have added in a breakdown of each transaction in the Profit and Loss report in the Xero Accounting App, helping you understand your profit and loss more intimately. Go to the profit and loss screen and tap on any chart of account for a breakdown.
This release also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.

Extremely disappointing “customer care service”
After spending weeks on making the switch from our old and dated software to xero I am now unable to invoice our clients due to something that seems like a technical error.
Have been writing to customer service for 4 days (!) Back and forth and only been receiving replies from employees that clearly don’t read my messages.
Very disappointed and frustrated as I will have to spend my evening creating invoice templates on Word!
