Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery 4+

Nom arrival!!

Ordered a taxi twice within 20mins and both times taxi dis not arrive despite app saying ‘your taxi has arrived.’ Tried contacting driver without our success - both times saying my exact location.... and to make it really bad is they charged me both times and there is no way I can contact them to complain.... really really crap app...

Drivers are scammers

Booked a taxi from our hotel to the airport via a minivan. The app said 1700 armenian dram however the cab driver demanded 5000 because of the "luggage" and the fact that we're going to the airport. Is he gonna lift our bags all the way to the airport? No, we're going to load it onto the van and he's gonna drive us there. How does 4 medium size bags triple the price? Now I get theres an extra charge to be paid at the airport gate when you exit departures, but I am sure it is not 3300 drams. And about extra charge at the airport, please add that on the app before we confirm the booking. We downloaded yandex to avoid getting scammed by drivers and clearly that was not what happened. If the drivers see that you are a tourist they demand triple the price and when u say no, they start mumbling in their breath. Our driver had even cancelled the ride mid way to avoid getting tracked.
Yandex please sort out this issue and thoroughly concduct a check on your drivers

Horrible YandexGo Service in Uzbekistan

I tried to reach out local support here using the app but. the response of the operator is generic.

They don't even read the message or care about the problem.

There is a huge problem with your service in Uzbekistan. whenever we order taxi with payment as card, almost 80% of drivers cancel the order after arrival. Or they ask them to pay with cash.

This is a huge problem it makes your service unreliable, The problem is with your local partners, when your service charges us with the ride payment, usually it's very hard for the drivers to get paid by your local partners and on top of that they also charge 20% service fee.

Please try to fix this issue or at least try to find a solution maybe you could reach out to your partners and address the situation.

I have been using yandex taxi from the first day it entered Uzbekistan market. but because of this issues i'm actually planing to switch back to a different provider
