Yango: taxi, food, delivery 4+

perfect app for no traffic days !

I have been using this app for a while and there are several problems
I have been waiting for 20 minutes while it said the driver is 5 minutes away then all of sudden the driver went another road and parked and he texted me I can’t come its too much traffic ! this app has no respect for the time of the customer
second of all drivers can ditch you and the application gives the driver the rights to do so !
you may ask how ? if you pay via apple pay the driver shows up in wrong pickup location and Im talking about 10 minutes of walking wrong and when you cancel for this the app takes penalty from you because you can canceled !
third of all I have faced several times that my driver passed from me and the app said the driver reached my location but there was a passenger in the car and I paid penalty for this !
I mean this can happen and I have paid penalties several times I don’t care about the money but the time Im spending waiting and receiving no services and paying for nothing is the reason that I will never use this app and I strongly recommend you to not use it too
if you do always use cash payment method and although yango doesn't care but always report drivers who have these kind of attitude

On the second place I would like to mention you an incident that occurred with me this evening. One of your captain (driver) told me in the phone that if the EPA (Estimated Paid Amount ) is 800 XAF he cannot come, so I had to tell him to come pick me where I was because of rain I told him that I would pay him 2000 XAF and he agreed 👍🏾
When he came he properly done his job and drove us safely and nice at home.
So for your service to go long and well I would recommend you to improve your service even mentally speaking.

Triple payment

I used their service in Dubai. they charged me three times for the trip, but on different dates. all requests from the support service to return two amounts were refused, despite the screenshots from the bank about debiting the amounts. a month ago, the company used a marketing ploy to attract customers and drivers to itself. the firm now bills more than Uber and 2x Hala Taxi and has become uncompetitive during non-busy hours of the day. when it's rush hour or it's raining in the city, the firm is better than the rest. it looks like the Soviet service has already come to Dubai with this Russian company. Unfortunately, this aggregator will have to be abandoned in favor of Uber. Although I have almost become their regular customer and often recommended to friends and colleagues.
