Unprofessional and misleading app
Booked a car and paid, only to find out upon receiving it that they accepted only international driving license as an expat. When i asked how come the app let me book the car without asking me about it. They said that it would have told about it if i go i side the app to a hidden part to complete info. If that info is crucial to being able to rent the car, they should have asked to fill it before completing the payment and ruining our travel plans.

Rent a car
Very bad service: you can’t plan your booking , in day when you need a car it’s not available even if you paid already, management is lazy and do not want to help you, chat on the site is not working or nobody answered. If they don’t have car they not provide for you car better how it write in contract, they will spend your time and return you money back, for them is better to decide all situation !(
Yelo saudi Makkah branch
Do not rent from them. They dont refund the deposit. I rented car from makkah branch 1500 sar was taken as deposit, and as per policy they had to return in 15 days and now its been more than a month but deposit is not been refunded even after several follow ups.
