Had a horrible experience every time trying to order using this app, restaurants would always cancel my orders and I’d wait for hours without any notification telling me that it has been cancelled, hard to use and english is very bad in it.
Very bad scammers
This app is just a scaaaaaam , you will be cheated be careful
everytime the order are very late
you can’t cancel an order after you have pressed order button even after a few second of pressing it
I have to reach a certain amount of spend money to be able to press continue and it not even 100 lira but 200 sometimes 300 in some restaurants unreasonable I could just buy I stand noodle with 8 lira ? That’s it I can eat it when I feel like eating junk food
Oh about the cheating part the delivery people will come without change imagine ? And what they tell you we will go down one second to get change and you will sleep and wake up for half an year to realize that they didn’t reach their store or motorcycle whatever even after half a year ( sarcastic-actually it is a day and they didn’t come back )
Pictures are missing
No food pictures is very terrible experience ever to order the food. In any international food app it’s a standard to have full menu in pictures, so that customer can feel confident while making the order.
By the way the food pictures will increase the order value as it is natural when person see the picture to get attracted what affecting person appetite.
