Not what it should be

The App itself is working but the percentage of points you are getting rewarded is very little (especially for fuel) so you need to fill up your car lots of time to reach reasonable points/reward. Further partners such as TASJEEL do not scan directly. You need to call customer line and send them receipts to add pints to your account. This also is painful as you need to follow up several times. Quite disappointing!

Worst application

I have never in my life submitted a review about anything, but "YES" application? Possibly the worst application ever created. The IT team never fixes any issue, it's been almost a year since any update has happened, the application never works and always displays this message "Something went wrong. We are working on it." Clearly they are bot working on it as this is a reoccurring problem that is happening mainly to iPhone users. This is discrimination, a lack of support, and more. When you call the call center, the humans act and react to you as if they are robots or reading off a script. They provide no support. I have contacted the support team more than i can count on my hands, and every time they have provided no solution and nothing has ever changed. I do not recommend this rewards application to anyone neither do i recommend anyone to put fuel in their cars at the Enoc or Eppco fueling stations as this is possibly the biggest scam of a rewards application i have ever seen; and if i could rate it 0 out of 5 stars i would.

Complaint Regarding Yes ENOC Application

concerns regarding the Yes ENOC application, which has been experiencing multiple issues that impact my experience as a customer and the overall trust in your services.

To begin with, the Yes ENOC app does not function consistently, and I frequently encounter difficulties accessing the service when needed. On the rare occasions when the app does work, the process of fueling my vehicle is not accurately reflected in the rewards points, which prevents customers from benefiting from the interactive program that was promised.

As a major and reputable brand, ENOC is expected to offer a reliable application that meets a high standard of customer service and reflects your commitment to quality and technological advancement. However, due to these recurring issues, I find myself reconsidering my loyalty to ENOC for fueling, car washing, and oil change services.

I urge you to take these concerns seriously and work towards improving the application to ensure a higher level of quality and customer satisfaction.
