YipFit is a fully guided Digital fitness workout with over 50+ exercises on Yipli platform.
YipFit gives real-time feedback and has calorie tracking, music tracks and voice and visual instructions from the fitness coach to keep you motivated for going that extra mile for your health. This product should entice fitness enthusiasts of any age.
User can select desired Time and Intensity level of the workout. YipFit workout offers full body workout which is divided into 3 sections: Warm-up, Core and Cooldown.
Every time the user takes a workout, it will be a unique one, with a different set of exercises.
For starters, you can start your workout journey with “LOW” intensity and “10 Mins”.
Rest would be taken care of by YipFit.
YipFit understands your fitness needs and designs a personalized workout for you accordingly.
There are many more fitness routines lined up in YipFit, which will be released soon.
