Registration process:
YONO is supported on iOS 11 and above.
Ø Install/Update new version of App from App Store and open.
Ø Allow all required permission (location).
Ø Select SIM of CBS Registered Mobile Number (RMN) and submit NEXT.
Ø An encrypted SMS with a unique code will be sent from the device to a pre-defined Number 7718965316 to verify the customer. Kindly note that for sending the SMS standard SMS charges are applicable as per your telecom plan. The SIM should have active outgoing SMS facility.
Ø If there are multiple CIFs attached with same mobile number, system will prompt for the account number and DOB for finding out a unique customer by the mobile number.
Ø If the customer is already having online banking facility of SBI, App will automatically prompt to proceed to Register on YONO with existing user credentials (Online Banking User ID and Password). After entering User ID and Password, customer will receive an OTP on Registered Mobile Number. User has to enter the OTP in the app to complete registration with an optional setting of MPIN.
Ø If the existing SBI customer is not having Online banking credentials, App will prompt to proceed to create INB credential using “Account Details” and “ATM Card” based registration process.
Ø If Non RMN SIM is selected, User will land on account opening screen. If customer claims that selected SIM is already registered with bank, user needs to visit nearest branch with KYC for updating/validating the mobile number in bank account.

View Balance &Transaction
Hi after clicking on View balance nothing happing except that button is getting hid.
After clicking on Account option inside page is coming blank and not able to see the balance and transaction.
There should be place to see the transaction separately.

Transaction history /Statement/Passbook feature is available on YONO home page --- Accounts --- Select A/C number --- Transactions. Click on passbook icon /email icon besides transaction details to download or mail the account statement.

Way too many check points
As a bank I agree you need to take care of security. But controlling session and not loading apps due to other apps installed I a very lame way to handle security. You need to use the right kind of products that add a good security and also handle the risk management. Remove the block of teamviewer and any desk. As a network person we sometimes need those app available on the device. Why can’t you do that check on an funds transfer level or some high value transaction? Think differently about security.

Always getting Technical error
One of the worst app I have ever seen. I tried multiple times to uninstall and install the app but still the issue is persist. App developer has to work and provide us the permanent resolution specially for NRI. I don’t think so SBI higher management is looking at the review of the app which customers are providing, otherwise this reported issue would have been fixed. I believe I am not the first person who is facing this kind of issue. If SBI is not able to fix this issue then I have no other option to change the bank.
