Every time I receive my order I’m so happy and surprised by the packaging how beautiful how clean and so professional and the quality of the outfits is stunning ! I wished I never discovered this application because I’m broken I can’t save money anymore because of YOOX

I’ve ordered several items from Yoox and it started off alright but nowadays, they let you order an item that isn’t actually available in their warehouses. I’m guessing They have no efficient system that marks items as sold out . I could’ve spent the money on something else, but instead I waited a week only to find out that my order was canceled. What’s worse is that they never sent me an email or a notification that they canceled my order. I only found out by checking my order on the app. No message, no email from them regarding a refund or anything. To be fair, they respond very fast to emails, but I’m not sure if I’m speaking to real humans because all emails sound auto generated. They said ‘pre authorization does not represent payments’ and my bank should release funds in 15 days. Do I have to just take their word for it when they didn’t even send me an official email confirming that the order was canceled by them and not me? I’ve already been charged, and money was deducted from my account , for THEIR mess up. Now I must wait 15 days to receive the money I could’ve spent on items that actually exist. Big disappointment.

I have to mention that I am one of customer always ordering since this website most of people they don’t know yet , however I have recommended this for many people and friends I know . I am wondering if I I want to Contact customer service for any inquiry. AutoReply email is all what I receive. But my inquiries no answer. I hope you can solve this issu as soon as possible.
