Our child’s school has now introduced Zenda as the only way to pay school fees. This requires downloading the Zenda app, creating an account with Zenda and providing Zenda with personal contact information, our child’s personal information and, as Zenda admits in its privacy policy, tracking information, all of which they admittedly share with other third parties that have product offerings on the app. As a parent I do not wish for Zenda or any other third party to have my personal information or data relating to our child. I do not need a payment plan nor do I need to be upsold additional service such as camps and school trips. No doubt Zenda’s commission on these services is quite attractive, which of course will be recovered by the school (passed on to parents) through tuition fees and trip costs. Not only that, Zenda somehow has my wife’s name and phone number and has copied messages to her, even though I have not supplied Zenda any of her contact details. Lastly, the almost total well written 5 star reviews are a dead give away for a company that has paid for reviews.

I have been using the app for almost 2 years , works perfectly, quick transaction and immediate email confirmation for the payment , also a comprehensive view of the next installments with quick access for historical payments with an option to download the payment receipt, and finally when I recently needed the customer support thru whats app the guys was pretty much quick , responsive and most importantly u will be able to reach the agent straight away rather than dealing with the AI bots.
