You need to work on the application to make it better, yesterday it kept showing a message that the service is unavailable in my area and i had to contact you through whatsapp after a long search for it on google, you need as well to put your contact number for customer support on the application, keep going, do some improvements, it is really a useful service👍🏼, i used it for the first time yesterday and it will not be the last

there is a problem with operations. Once I book, I receive at least 3 calls from different people. Somebody calls me and says he is on this way, then a minute later somebodyelse calls me and says he is on his way. I literally just booked! Why do these people call me all the time? I see the update on the app, if I need to ask something I can call them anyways. It is very very inconient when I am in a loudy place which is the case most of the time after a night out. I usually don’t want to use it because it is such a hustle and takes my last half an hour away in the party because I have to look at my phone all the time, go to a silent place and answer the calls. If drivers need any info it should be chat only, please somebody look into it and make those calls stop.

The chauffeur met with an accident while being my car from the garage from SZR Al Ghandi service centre at 12:13PM. The car where he banged was been driven by a lady and she on the spot filled a police complain online but that got rejected because the police asked her that Zofuer have to do the complain or the chauffeur, the lady and owner of the vehicle have to go to barsha police station.Then after talking to the chauffeur and the lady, I also went to the Barsha Police Station. There the chauffeur started crying that if we file a complaint then he will loose his job and the company will not pay his salary. But the officer at the Barsha station suggested that we have to follow the procedure which is to go back to the accident spot and call zofuer company representative and ask him to file a complaint then the lady will get a green ticket and I will get the clearance and finally your company should pay for my damage and take full responsibility of incident.We went back to the accident spot but we cannot connect to your company and deliberately the chauffeur did not connect us to the representative whereas he was talking to one. Finally we were tired and fed up with all this and it was 3PM so we all departed as we had other commitments.Now you can check the photos and tell me how to proceed with the police complaint

I would like to share my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your service. I had scheduled a ride for 9:45 PM, but even by 10:10 PM, the driver neither showed up nor responded to my calls or messages. The app continued to show that the driver was nearby, yet there was no update or communication from their side.When I reached out to your customer support team, they were unable to provide a timely solution and informed me that I could either wait for a reassigned driver or cancel the ride. Due to time constraints, I was left with no choice but to cancel.I’ve used your services before and never faced such an issue, but this incident has made me realize that even a confirmed booking does not guarantee that a chauffeur will actually arrive. I hope your team looks into this matter seriously and takes steps to ensure better reliability and communication in the future.
