Good car rental app

The whole experience of getting a car was simple and quick. The hosts I interacted were ver responsive and supportive. The only issue I fard was not being able to connect to any customer service executives in person. The chat bot is not that effective to nail any personalized issue. Waiting for my refund of unused hours.

Poor customer service

I have rented their car from Mumbai airport by paying total amount shown in their app and returned the car prior to the booking end time and date but their staff told me my fuel usage was more and I have to pay 500 more and this should be cash only. Since I had flight to Dubai the very next hour and I didnt have any liquid money with me that time I requested them to provide online payment option instead the staff has given me his personal bank account details which he told that he will manage to pay to zoom account. I had done the transfer but from the very next day I am getting repeated mails and messages from zoom cars that I missed to pay 1012 rupees. I have given them response and everything but for this, without hearing me and my proofs of payment they are sending threatening mails.

Unprofessional and immature service

I have used Zoomcar twice and writing the review based on the same. Zoomcar support system is poor and not adequate. Takes long time to connect with executives and after that they do not understand your problem. Zoomcar do not have any kind of flexibility towards user of cars. Another major issue I had faced is about pick and drop locations and timing of the same. Zoomcar is not keen to provide early pick up at airport. So you need to wait until executives come. I have got one of the car which was interior of Pune city where it was extremely difficult to reach and park the car. Also on return journey it was difficult to get Uber as well. I would say that this service by Zoomcar is still need to mature and until then I won’t recommend to use this services in the city like Pune and Mumbai.
