Description

Forming or keeping up with new healthy habits is extremely hard, but the solution is very easy. For the first couple of days you feel motivated and it is easy but each day it gets harder and the 21 days people used to tell you you need to form a habit feels unreachable. 21 days is way too lofty of a goal, luckily theres a better way. "I'm Doing It" helps you actually form new habits. It does this by keeping it simple, you make 3 goals a day, but you don't have to achieve them all. Nobody is perfect it does not make sense to feel shame if you don't accomplish all of your goals every day. With I'm Doing It your goal is only to complete 2 of the goals a day. This is the secret to forming habits.
