How to Use LUGGit
1. Start by selecting where one of our keepers will pickup your luggage. We can pickup your luggage in real-time anywhere you need in our available cities, and yes, everywhere! Airports, Hotels, Hostels, Airbnbs, Cafes, Shops, Streets even the bench you are sitting! We will make sure to arrive as fast as we can to set you free of your luggage!

2. Select where you want us to deliver your luggage
The same happens for the delivery, we can deliver your luggage back to you anywhere you want inside the city. Even at the same place we pickup your luggage!

3. Tells us how many bags
Anything counts here, small luggage, large luggage, super ultra mega huge luggage, surfboards? We collect them all in all shapes and sizes. Also, every luggage is insured by default!

4. Almost! Set when you want your luggage back
Want your luggage delivered back to you at 3PM? 8PM? Another day? We do any hour!
Pick the most comfortable time for you, and don't worry we are always there a little earlier and you can chat or call us at anytime!

5. Request your LUGGit
Select the LUGGit that fits your needs better:
Standard: The most affordable with every bag is insured in 500€.
Premium: Every bag insured in 1200€.

Enter your payment details and we will find you the nearest keeper in a matter of seconds to take care of your luggage dilemma!

What happens next? Your keeper will
- Go as quickly as possible to pickup your luggage and you can see where he is in real-time on the map.
- Meet you wearing our branded clothing so it's easier and quickier to recognize! You can also call each other at anytime on the app.
- Secure and identify your luggage using our locks to protect your luggage.
- Store your luggage safe until it's time to deliver it back to you.

Now you can close the app, and enjoy the city.

When it's time to deliver your luggage
- Your keeper will start delivering your luggage at least 15 mins earlier to avoid traffic and others.
- You will receive a notification that your keeper is delivering your luggage and you can see where he is in real-time or contact.
- We will tell you when he arrives at your selected delivery location.
- Meet again and give you your luggage back, safe and sound and sometimes a little gift from us.
