My Jump Lab uses the advanced sensors of your device to measure performance in a validated and simple way, without the need of any additional accessory. For example, My Jump 3 and My Lift now include an advanced AI method that allows to measure jump performance and barbell velocity in real time just with your camera!

With My Jump Lab you can measure more than 30 tests including vertical jumps, real-time barbell velocity (VBT), 40yrd dash, runs, sprints, changes of direction or even motion capture with accuracy comparable to expensive lab equipment - scientifically proven!


TESTS INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION:
