VEXT only allows people from your institution or organization to join or create groups that you see within the app. Your “tribe” includes (1) peers, classmates, coworkers, etc.; (2) “Designated Advocates” who YOU choose to receive alerts; and, (3) counselors or therapists [for those who have institutional licenses].

Core to our mission is raising awareness to help decrease stigma. To this end, we provide a map of the anonymized moods across the US, down to local levels so you can see real-time data of how people are feeling across your city, state, and the US.

VEXT ON THE WEB
Your institution may choose to partner with VEXT to provide a Counselor Console view with advanced charts and analytics so that professional mental health support can proactively come to you. Reach out directly to VEXT if you or your institution is interested in the VEXT Counselor Console.

More than 60% of people who need support are unable to get help….for lots of reasons. VEXT is on a mission to support those who are neglected by the current system of solutions, treatments, and apps.

You post your mood. VEXT anonymizes your status for you to view with your group group - including peers, Designated Advocates, and Counselors* so you can all know how each other are feeling - without anybody knowing it’s YOU. (*Counselor availability is for partner institutions only.)

VEXT nudges your group with alerts to PUSH support to whoever is signaling they may be feeling down. You can either get help or give help - anonymously. We call this activating your tribeTM.

If you or your institution or organization decides to work with VEXT, there is a Counselor Console so that counselors can monitor trends and go to you when you need help. Instead of you having to go to them.
