它是一款国内最大的缺陷汽车产品信息和车主质量投诉信息收集平台,用户不仅可以通过该应用浏览汽车行业新闻、查看汽车品牌信息，也可以快速提交汽车质量投诉并实时查询处理进度。通过车主投诉信息，平台协调车企售后服务部门，第一时间为车主解决质量和服务难题。
为减少用户的时间成本，降低操作难度，进一步提升使用体验，我们将收集各方建议，不断完善平台内容，优化功能，更好的为用户提供服务。
