In the app you get your own personalised meal plan tailored to you and your lifestyle, with lots of options for your daily planning. The app lets you keep track of your own progress, which will be the foundation for tweaks and changes of your exercise and meal plans as you progress. Any meal suggested and workout sent to you will be based on your preferences - everything from preferred cooking time, budget for shopping ingredients, allergies, likes and dislikes, current fitness level, equipment used, favourite exercises and much more.
