App loads intermittently
The app needs a lot of attention loading up on iOS is very poor, u have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to function. Also it’s has lots of bugs within the app.
Even using the web browser has same issues
Disappointed
The app consistently fails to load and the online site for mobile is no better. It is difficult to readily check plan status much less top up using these facilities.
Login issues
This app fails to initialize even though a password word was sent to you via sms.
